How can I place an order?

You can place your order exclusively through our online store at sage-appliances.gr. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Can I place an order by phone?

No. For proper order recording, availability control, and transaction security, orders are placed online only.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are dispatched on the same or the next business day. Cut-off time: 12:00.

How can I track my shipment?

You will receive an email and/or SMS/Viber with the shipment number and a tracking link.

Shipping & Collection

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping cost is €2.90 throughout Greece. For orders over €49, shipping is free.

How many days will delivery take?
  • Major cities: 2–3 business days
  • Other areas: 4–5 business days

These delivery times are indicative and depend on the courier.

Can I collect my order from your premises?

Yes, following an online order and availability confirmation. Some products are stored in a different warehouse location, so prior confirmation is required before visiting.

Which payment methods are supported?

The available payment methods are shown during checkout and may include card payment, bank transfer, or other methods displayed in the system.

Do you issue invoices?

Yes. During checkout, you can enter your company details for invoice issuance.

Warranty & Service

Are the products covered by a warranty?

Yes. All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity in accordance with applicable European and Greek law.

Where is the service carried out?

Warranty services and repairs are carried out in Greece by an authorized Sage technical partner, which is part of the official Sage network in Greece. Coverage applies to products purchased through the official Sage network in Greece, such as sage-appliances.gr.

What happens if the appliance develops a problem?

and we will guide you through the process of sending it to the authorized technical service department.

Is the warranty valid if the product was purchased from another country?

Warranty coverage may depend on whether the product was purchased through the official Sage network in Greece. Imported products purchased outside the official network may be subject to different terms.

Returns & Withdrawal

Can I return the product if I change my mind?

Yes. You have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days from delivery, in accordance with European and Greek legislation. The product must be returned in excellent condition with complete packaging.

Who pays the return shipping costs?

If the return is not due to a company error or a defect, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

What happens if you sent me the wrong product?

In the event of a shipping mistake caused by us, we fully cover the cost of transportation and replacement.
