No. For proper order recording, availability control, and transaction security, orders are placed online only.

Shipping & Collection
The shipping cost is €2.90 throughout Greece. For orders over €49, shipping is free.

Yes. All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity in accordance with applicable European and Greek law.
Warranty services and repairs are carried out in Greece by an authorized Sage technical partner, which is part of the official Sage network in Greece. Coverage applies to products purchased through the official Sage network in Greece, such as sage-appliances.gr.

Warranty coverage may depend on whether the product was purchased through the official Sage network in Greece. Imported products purchased outside the official network may be subject to different terms.
Returns & Withdrawal
Yes. You have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days from delivery, in accordance with European and Greek legislation. The product must be returned in excellent condition with complete packaging.
If the return is not due to a company error or a defect, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
In the event of a shipping mistake caused by us, we fully cover the cost of transportation and replacement.
