At sage-appliances.gr, returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the applicable European and Greek legislation for distance sales. Our goal is to keep the process clear and fair for everyone.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you received the product.

2. Conditions for Accepting a Return

For a return to be accepted, the product must be returned:

  • In excellent condition, with no signs of misuse beyond what is strictly necessary to check its operation.
  • With the complete packaging, accessories, user manuals, and any accompanying material.
  • Properly packaged, so that it is protected during transport.

Note: If the value of the product has been reduced due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and function, a corresponding charge may apply, in accordance with the law.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Send an email to info@sage-appliances.gr with the subject “Return/Exchange” and include your order number.
  2. We will reply with instructions for the process, depending on your area and the appropriate carrier.
  3. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will proceed with an exchange or refund, where applicable.

4. Return Costs

If the return/withdrawal is not due to an error by the company or to a defective/non-conforming product, the direct cost of returning the product shall be borne by the customer.

5. Wrong Product or Shipping Error Caused by Us

If you receive the wrong product or there is a shipping error caused by us, there will be no shipping charge.

Before sending anything back, it is necessary to inform us first so that we can provide you with clear instructions regarding which carrier will handle the collection/delivery, depending on your area.

6. Defective Product / Operational Issue

In the event of a defective product or an operational issue, the consumer’s rights under the legal warranty shall apply.

Important: Warranty services and repair work are carried out in Greece by an authorized Sage technical service partner, for products purchased through the official Sage network in Greece.

7. Refunds

Where the legal conditions are met, refunds are made using the same payment method used for the order (unless otherwise agreed). The completion time depends on the bank/payment provider.
