Pick-up from Our Facilities

Pick-up from our facilities is available at:

  • The order must be placed online only.
  • The customer must wait for confirmation before visiting, as some products may be stored in a different warehouse location.
  • When collecting the order, the order number and identification may be requested.

Inspection upon Delivery

We recommend checking the packaging upon delivery. If there is visible damage, please ask the carrier to record a note/reservation and inform us immediately.
