In all cases, you will be informed promptly and any amount paid will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

8. Shipping – Delivery – Risk

8.1 Shipping & Partner Courier Companies

Shipments within Greece are carried out through partner courier/distribution companies, including but not limited to: ELTA Courier, Courier Center, Geniki Taxydromiki, Svuum, and SLM (Skroutz Last Mile). The choice of carrier is made by the Company based on the best service for each area, unless a carrier selection option is offered during checkout.

Products are usually dispatched on the same or the next business day. Preparation cut-off time: 12:00 noon. Orders placed after this time may be prepared on the next business day.

  • Major cities: usually 2–3 business days
  • Other areas/remote locations: usually 4–5 business days

The above times are indicative and depend on the carrier, shipping volume, and force majeure events (weather conditions, strikes, emergency transport restrictions, etc.).

8.3 Inspection upon Delivery

We recommend that you inspect the packaging upon delivery and, if you notice visible damage, ask the carrier to make a relevant note/reservation and inform the Company immediately.

9. Collection from Our Premises (Pick-up)

Collection from our premises at 23 Agias Annis Street, Agios Ioannis Rentis, 18233 is available under the following conditions:

10. Warranties – Service – Technical Support

10.1 Legal Warranty

Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity in accordance with applicable EU and Greek consumer protection legislation. In the event of non-conformity/defect, the consumer is entitled to the legal remedies provided by law (e.g. repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal), where the legal conditions are met.

10.2 Commercial Warranty (if provided)

Any additional “commercial warranty” (manufacturer/brand warranty) is provided in accordance with the issuer’s terms and does not limit the rights arising from the legal warranty.

10.3 Service in Greece

Technical support, servicing, and warranty coverage are provided in Greece by a different company/authorized entity responsible for the relevant department (hereinafter the “Service Center”). The Company may guide you regarding the communication/shipping procedure, where required, based on the applicable terms of the manufacturer and the Service Center.

11. Returns – Exchanges – Right of Withdrawal

11.1 Right of Withdrawal Without Cause (14 Days)

For distance contracts, the consumer has the right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, in accordance with applicable law. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us with a clear statement (e.g. by email) before the expiry of the deadline.

11.2 Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must, where feasible by its nature, be returned:

  • in excellent condition, without signs of misuse beyond what is strictly necessary to check its operation,
  • with complete packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, and receipts/supporting documents,
  • in a way that ensures adequate protection during transport (proper packaging).

If the value of the product has been reduced due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, the consumer may be liable for such reduction in value, in accordance with the law.

11.3 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may not apply in specific cases provided by law (indicatively: sealed products which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery, products made to order, etc.). If any exception applies to your product, this will be assessed on a case-by-case basis according to the law.

11.4 Withdrawal/Return Procedure

  1. Contact us at info@waterfresh.gr stating your order number and request.
  2. You will receive instructions on how to send/deliver the product back to the Company.
  3. After receipt and inspection, we will proceed with a refund and/or exchange, as applicable and in accordance with the law.

11.5 Return Costs

Unless otherwise provided by applicable law and/or where the return is due to an error by the Company, the direct cost of return may be borne by the consumer. In all cases, before returning any item, you will be provided with clear instructions.

11.6 Wrong Product/Shipping Error Caused by Us

If you receive the wrong product or a shipping error occurs due to our fault, you will not be charged any transport costs. A prerequisite is that you inform us immediately, so that we can guide you regarding which carrier will collect/deliver the item, depending on the recipient’s area and the procedure of the relevant partner.

12. Refunds

Provided that the legal conditions are met (e.g. valid withdrawal), refunds are made using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed. The crediting time depends on the payment provider/bank.

13. Limitation of Liability – Force Majeure

The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure the proper operation of the Website and the timely execution of orders. It shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to force majeure events or acts/omissions of third parties (e.g. carriers, network providers, banking systems), to the extent permitted by law.

15. Personal Data – GDPR
